David rescued a hawk yesterday--
it was hit by a car, it's little leg all mashed
like potatoes.
Wouldn't fly, couldn't walk.
He wrapped it in a jacket
Let it rest in the passenger seat and drove it to the vet
Asking if he could save it
Could something be done?!
Some things are just so badly
damaged and can't be
salvaged--
